Privacy policy
The short version
This site collects almost nothing. There are no cookies, no ad trackers, and no data is sold or shared for marketing. The only personal data connected to you is the email address you choose to leave on the waitlist.
Who is responsible
The data controller for pantensa.com is Yurii Serhovskyi. For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@pantensa.com — a real inbox read by a real person, not a ticket queue.
What is collected, and why
- Waitlist email. The waitlist form is provided by Tally, an EU (Belgium) form service, which stores your submission. Your email is used for exactly one purpose: telling you when Pantensa is ready. It is not added to any other mailing list.Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form — and withdrawable at any time by asking to be removed.
- Analytics. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, with no personal identifiers and no cross-site tracking. It counts page views; it is not used to recognise you or to follow you anywhere else.Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing whether anyone reads the site. No consent banner is needed because nothing is written to or read from your device.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard operational logs the way any web host does — including IP addresses, briefly, to deliver and protect the site.Legal basis: legitimate interest in running and securing the site.
Where the data goes
Two processors, and that is the entire list. Tally is based in Belgium, inside the EU. Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and runs a global network, so hosting and analytics data may be processed outside the EU; those transfers are covered by Cloudflare's data processing addendum, which relies on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. What Cloudflare does as a processor is described in its own privacy policy.
The EU-region hosting mentioned on the landing page describes the Pantensa app, which is not live yet. It is not a claim about this website.
How long it is kept
- Your waitlist email is kept until Pantensa launches and you have been told about it, or until you ask for it to be deleted — whichever comes first. If the project is abandoned, the list is deleted rather than kept around.
- Analytics is aggregate — page counts, not people — and none of it is linked back to you. Cloudflare applies its own retention to it.
- Server logs are held by Cloudflare under its retention policy, for a short operational period. They are not copied anywhere else.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, have it corrected, deleted or exported, restrict what is done with it, and object to anything that runs on legitimate interest — the analytics included. Withdrawing waitlist consent is a one-line email. Write to privacy@pantensa.com and it will be handled directly, with no form to fill in.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in the EU or EEA, the supervisory authority of the country you live in.
When the app launches
The Pantensa app is not live yet. When it launches, it will ship its own full privacy policy covering app data — EU hosting, a complete list of subprocessors, and built-in export and account deletion. This page covers only the website and the waitlist.
